Pyrography is the art of "writing with fire" - burning designs onto wood.
I picked up this hobby in 2007 and began nurturing it into what it is today. I've made lots of things in the last few years, from recipe boxes to magnets, keychains to wall plaques, and all sorts of things in between.
I've also taken to burning designs, then adding color with watercolors. Really makes some items pop, that's for sure!
I love doing custom work, and I encourage requests! Check out my "Sold Items" to see the wide range of custom pieces I have completed.

Thanks a bunch! I hear that alot: "I did that in school once".... but I never did... I picked it up after years in the Navy, and I've loved it since.
That flower is one of my favorite pieces, too. It's also one of the oldest pieces I still have - so many hearts on Etsy, but no one has bought it yet!
